Sushi Mitani, located in Yotsuya operates under a traditional philosophy that in order to produce something delicious, one must pave the way through new roads built on ingenuity. The signage was carefully designed keeping in mind the weight of this ancient philosophy while bringing these thoughts forward in to the present day, where ingenuity has been the key to shaping the modern atmosphere of the restaurant.
美味求道、四谷の鮨三谷の理念に則り古文をベースにした重厚な存在感のあるロゴタイプ
