Bulthaup Showroom: Steam, Wind, Water, Time

Toronto, Canada 2012 | Exhibition

Current, like many others, is a word of multiple meanings; the literal meaning is that of the flows and temperature differentials that ripple through wind and water. The other meaning is the ever-present current that marks the separation between past and future. Both have the capacity to mark a direction which separates one thing from its opposite: forwards/backwards, past/present. In all these currents, the many combinations of where we are heading and where we are departing from, lead us to encounter moments of new possibility in the flow of life. As we come to understand that the many currents of time are never single-directional elements, the universe becomes a very interesting space, filled with the imagination of new possibilities.
